Order Verification:

Orr Tactical takes the security of our customers' financial information very seriously. All orders regardless of payment method are subject to our order verification process. Please be aware that there may be a slight delay in the processing of your order while the order details are being verified.

Orr Tactical reserves the right to validate any order through a variety of tools and methods available to us. 

 

Privacy Policy:

No person at Orr Tactical is able to retrieve your credit card information, ever. Orrtactical.com will not give, sell, rent, or loan any personally identifiable information to any third party.

By using our site, you consent to our privacy policy.

 

Shipping Information:

All ammunition orders will be shipped UPS Ground unless different shipping methods have been selected and agreed upon between Orr Tactical and the end customer.

 

We do not ship ammunition to APO & FPO Addresses.

 

We do not ship ammunition to PO Boxes.

 

Delivery Schedule:

Orders typically ship every Wednesday and Friday. All items that can be ordered are in stock and will ship within 1 week. Actual delivery times depend on UPS and where you live relative toNeedville, TX. Please be patient during high volume periods, as these can change shipping times drastically. If you are concerned about exact shipping times, please send us an email at sales@Orrtactical.comwith your questions and concerns.  

 

Individual requests for shipping confirmation will be handled as timely as possible but please be patient in waiting for a response. 

 

Restricted Shipping States:

It is your responsibility to know your state laws regarding ammunition purchases. Check for other Local & State laws before ordering. We comply with ALL local, state, and federal laws. The following list of state and local laws is NOT represented to be all inclusive of the 50 states’ numerous firearms, ammunition and magazine laws. You must be aware of any Federal, State, and Local Laws Relating to Ammunition Purchases and is your responsibility to know these laws and not knowingly break these laws by placing an order. 

 

We only ship orders to addresses within the continental U.S., not including restricted areas.

Order Processing & Billing:

Phone orders begin being processed as soon as they are placed. We reserve the right to limit ammunition quantities.

 

Your credit card will be authorized at the time your order is placed but will NOT be billed until your order is within one week of being shipped.

Order Cancellations and Refund Policy:

Orders cannot be cancelled.
 

It is our company policy that all ammunition sales are final. This includes newly manufactured ammunition as well as remanufactured ammunition and components.

Orr Tactical assumes no liability or responsibility for any typographical or other errors or omissions in the content on this site. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or with other incorrect information due to a typographical or other error, Orr Tactical shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed incorrectly. Orr Tactical shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and/or your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Orr Tactical shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
 

I am aware that discharging, cleaning, or handling ammunition, components and/or firearms may cause exposure to lead, and I hold Orr Tactical harmless and I assume full responsibilities for and such exposure.
 

Product Warranty

All ammunition is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship.  The damages for defective ammunition are limited to replacement of the ammunition. To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, there are no other warranties, Orr Tactical expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.  Improper storage and handling of ammunition may result in damage to the product. The appearance of exposure, corrosion or any other evidence of damage that occurred after the product was sold will void any warranties.
 

Revisions:

Orr Tactical may at any time revise these Terms and Conditions by updating this posting. You are bound by any such revisions and should therefore periodically visit this page to review the current Terms and Conditions to which you are bound.

 

Typographical Errors:

In the event that a Orr Tactical product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Orr Tactical reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Orr Tactical reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Orr Tactical shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
